AIJES- An Yemeni woman on Facebook said she wanted to sell one of her kidneys to feed her children and save them from hunger.
The woman wrote on a paper that she would sell her kidney because of a corrupt government and weak legitimacy, represented by Yemeni President Abdurbo Mansour Hadi and his government.
The sheer scale of the deprivation is staggering: of Yemen’s 25.6 million people, almost 19 million are in urgent need of assistance, according to the United Nations.
