Ok, here's a question in English, who ever answers it first can take the opportunity of presenting the next question if he/she wishes to.

    here it goes ...

what's the ambiguity or (wha'ts not clear) in the following statement?
i mean, why is the following sentence not clear or abmigious?

<I hit the dog with the bone>

    best lucks

I am not sure that my answer to T_K's question is correct but lets give it a try
one can think that you took both the bone and the dog and you smashed them together or one can think that you mean "i hit the dog with a bone".I hope that i am right.

Although i thingk that TG's answer wasn't correct i will
    answer her question;
Solar energy is a radiant energy produced in the sun as a result of nuclear fusion reactions. It is transmitted to the earth through space in quanta of energy called photons, which interact with the earth’s atmosphere and surface.

If my answers were correct then following is my question;:
John had dinner the other night with his only sibling's husband's mother-in-law's only daughter-in-law. With whom did he dine?

Thunder Girl, am glad you found my question so humerious .. but too bad u didn't get the right answer .. however u did make me laugh ..
Di7bash, u went as close as 90% to the answer ..
the exact answer is that it has two meanings as you (di7bash) have speculated ..
the first meaning is : <the dog was holding a bone probably in his mouth and i hit it (the dog).
the second meaning is: <i used the bone to hit the dog>
ummmmmm TG .. am really not good at all in science .. so am pretty glad that Di7bash has taken the initiative to answer it (or attempt to answer it) ..

The answer to ur question Di7bash, i hope, is:
John had dinner the other night with his only Sister!

    Einstein`s Riddle:
Einstein wrote the following riddle. He said that 98% of the world could not solve it. But several NIEHS scientists were able to solve it, and they said its not all that hard if you pay attention and are very patient. Give it a try:

There are 5 houses in 5 different colors in a row. In each house lives a person with a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar, or drink the same beverage. Other facts:

    1. The Brit lives in the red house.
    2. The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
    3. The Dane drinks tea.
    4. The green house is on the immediate left of the white house.
    5. The green house`s owner drinks coffee.
    6. The owner who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
    7. The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
    8. The owner living in the center house drinks milk.
    9. The Norwegian lives in the first house.
    10. The owner who smokes Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats.
    11. The owner who keeps the horse lives next to the one who smokes Dunhill.
    12. The owner who smokes Bluemasters drinks beer.
    13. The German smokes Prince.
    14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
    15. The owner who smokes Blends lives next to the one who drinks water.

The question is : WHO OWNS THE FISH?

I've done an extensive research and found out that you are right . Most of the English words spoken in the everyday life in America came from french. But you must always remember that the origin of french is greek.
Regarding your answer to the riddle, yeah this time you are 100% right.

I'll have to admit that this is one of the hardest riddles i've ever faced in my life.I tried to track the solution logically but there was to muc information and facts that i couldn't.
so what i basically did is that i assigned the unknowns to letters (x,y,z...) and then i used the simultaneous equations technique.Ofcourse the whole thing was missy but i concluded that the GERMAN guy is the one who owns the fish.
I hope my answer is right
    waiting to hear from you.
